Araku, calm and cool tour place in Andhra Pradesh with pleasant climate. At a height of about 1150 m above sea level, located on the Eastern Ghats and the region endowed with intermittent waterfalls and streams. Araku Valley is one of the most visited tourist destination in Andhra.

How to Reach Araku: Araku Valley Station falls under Visakhapatnam-Kirandul section and is almost 115 km from visakhapatnam. One train operates in a day in this section from visakhaptnam in the morning. Kirandul passenger departs at 6.50 am and reaches Araku at around 10.45 am. Train journey is a pleasing experience to the traveller, as it passes through several deep valleys, hill sides and 58 tunnels and over 84 bridges.
Other option is one could get down at Borraguhalu station, later proceed to Araku by road. Train reaches at around 9.30 am to Borraguhalu (Caves).
