Manali, is located in the state of Himachal Pradesh shaded by Pine and Deodars, attracts tourists from the places around the world. 40 km away from the Kullu Town, manali is the most visited hill station in the Kullu valley. Manali is a Hill Town surrounded by snow capped mountains.

Beauty of Manali is doubled with the meandering beas river with its crystal clear water, particularly during night with the reflections of moon light.

Hidimba Temple:Manali Hadimba-Temple (Dhungri Mandir) many people who know the story of Mahabharata are well aware of Hidimba. It is located on the Dhungri mountain. It was built during mid 16th century A.D.

Jagat sukh: Famous for Shikhara style of temples which are unique to this region.

Arjun Gufa: Of course, arjun meditated here during Mahabharata time. Breath taking view of mountains gives true pleasure.

Rohtang Pass:Manali rohtang-pass Almost 50 km from Manali, place is famous for spectacular view of mountains and valley and it is a trekkers paradise. Opening of the Pass is between june to october/ november.

Rahala water falls: Located just 15 km away from Rohtang Pass.

Solang Valley:ManaliSolang Valley Sikking 13 km away from Manali. Famous for winter Skiing festival.

Vanvihara: Park on the banks of Beas.

Vasishta Ashram: A hot water spring containing sulphur is present here. There is a temple dedicated to Vasishta muni and Lord Rama.

Manali Club House: It houses the arrangements for Indoor games.

Manali Sanctuary: Night stay in tents is an unforgettable experience. Green pastures and glaciers are a romantic attraction for the enthusiastic tourists.

Other important places are Temple of Ghatotkach, Appughar, Tibetan Monastery, Nehru Kund, Mountaineering Institute.

Himalayan architecture could be noticed. Leh – Manali highway is the only another connecting link to the Jammu and Kashmir in general and Ladakh region in particular.

How to Reach Manali: Nearest airport is at Bhunter, which is 50 km from Manali. Nearest railhead is at Joginder Nagar. The other railheads are Chandigarh (310 km) and Ambala (355 km). From Delhi, Chandigarh, Joginder Nagar, Shimla to Manali regular bus service is available.
