Excellent summer hangout situated on Western Ghats and at a height of 1500 m above sea level. Place is famous for Tea, Coffee, Cardamom, and other spices. Three rivers (Madhurapuzha, Nallathanni, Kundali) are flowing here. Munnar name has its origin with these three rivers, in Tamil munn (three) ar (rivers).
