Mysore Palace:Mysore Palace It was designed by Henry Irwin. This Indo-Saracenic architecture attracts many people from all over the world in general and Dasara Festival in particular. Dasara Festival is at its grand with a lot of cultural events.

Chamundi Hill: On the top of it 12th century A.D old Chamundeshwari Temple. Chief deity of the Wodeyar dynasty. Hill offers an excellent panoramic view of the Mysore.

Jaya Chamarajendra Art Gallery: It houses an excellent collection of paintings. Gold Leaf Paintings are unique to Mysore are also housed in this Gallery.

Folklore Museum: Repository of Folk culture. Thousands of Folklore articles are on display. Jayalakshmi Vilas Mansion is housing this museum.

Rail Museum: It was set up in 1979. It includes Royal Coaches of Mysore during late 19th century and early 20th century A.D. A must visit Tour Place.

Brindavan Gardens:mysore brundavan-gardan-at-night Most popular and is just adjacent to Krishnarajasagar Dam. Musical fountains and lights are the most attractive part of it after Sun Set.

Mysore is famous for fine Silks (government silk factory), Mysore Jasmine, Paintings, Sandalwood and Rosewood artifacts. Devaraj Urs Market was built by Tipu Sultan.
