Rameswaram is a small Island in the Bay of Bengal separated from the mainland by Pamban Channel. Dhanushkodi is a market town near to Rameswaram.

Ramanatha swamy Temple: Important landmark of this temple town. One of the Twelve Jyotir Lingas of Lord Shiva built by Pandyan dynasty and the temple is famous for longest CorridorRameshwaram-corridor in India.

Century Old Pamban bridge:rameswaram Bridge Rameswaram is famous for Cantilever bridge (Pamban bridge)that connects this temple town with the mainland.

Adam’s Bridge is made up of Limestone connects Rameswaram and Mannar Island of Srilanka and separates the Gulf of Mannar from the Palk Strait between and India and Srilanka.

Other important sites are Tallest T.V towerrameswaram which raised more than 300 m height.
