Tirupati, at the Foothills of Sheshachalam, part of the Eastern Ghats, is located in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Tirumala, abode of the Lord Venkateswara (Balaji), is located, at about 3000 ft above sea level. Tirumala attracts largest number of devotees.

Pushkarini:swami-pushkariniSwamy Pushkarini is the Pleasure tank of the Lord, considered immensely sacred. It is located adjacent to the temple.

Srivaripadalu:srivaripadaluThese are at the top of the Narayanadri hill. According to mythology, it was the place where Lord  first set his foot.

Sila Thoranam:silathoranamIt is a spectacular arch shaped oldest geographical formation with 25 feet in length and 10 feet in height.

Papavinashanam Waterfalls: Located 10 km north east of the temple. The temples of Ganga bhavani and Anjaneya are located nearby.

Alamelumangapuram (Tiruchanoor):tiruchanoorAdobe of Sri Padmavathi Devi, consort of Lord Sri Venkaeswara, located on the banks of Swarnamukhi river, at about 5 km from Tirupati.

Srinivasa Mangapuram: Situated at about 12 km from Tirupati. The temple is famous for Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy, ceremonial wedding conducted daily in the Nitya Kalyana Mandap. (As per Puranas, the Lord had stayed here after his wedding with goddess Padmavathi).

Sri Venkateswara National Park: The government declared it as a biosphere reserve, it includes Talakona waterfallstalakonatirupatiand Gundalakona, deer park is located at Alipiri.

How to Reach Tirupati: Tirupati is well connected by Bus, Rail and Air network from all important places in the country. Nearest airport is 20 km away from the city (Renigunta).
